At Le Piazzole, we have brought back to life an ancient wood oven, located under a characteristic porch, used for generations to bake bread. We tried it to bake pizzas and, given the excellent result, we thought to offer a special experience to our guests. Under the expert supervision of our pizzaiolo we involve our guests in the preparation of their own pizzas, creating a very nice atmosphere within friends, family, and work colleagues. Seen the success of this event we have now formally included it in our menu of services. According to the number of people and the season, the event can be arranged in the ancient cellar, around a large table between the wine barrels, or in the farm court, in the middle of vases with lemon trees and roses surrounded by remarkable architectural elements.
